House at Ingleton

A new build, timber framed, domestic dwelling within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This design incorporated significant retaining walls to form a basement structure and the garden.

Garage alterations, Richmond

This illustrates one of our smaller scale projects, replacing rotten timber boards above the garage doors with stonework which required the design of just one beam.

Bramble Bottom, Muker

This substantial property in the heart of Muker in Swaledale is undergoing complete refurbishment to form a holiday cottage, large enough to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. We were able to provide a design for a new roof to increase space on the second floor, and design and detailed drawings for the internal alterations. This property will be available to rent from Spring 2014.
